Below is an example of the eBay Shipping Notice form. (Edit View)
Notice there are four custom fields:
<%Person's Name%>, <%Date Shipped%>, <%Item Description%>, and <%Ebay Item#%>.

These custom entry fields will allow you to type in data which then can be merged into a complete e-mail message.

Below is the end result:
The custom entry field "<%Person's Name%>" is replaced with the name "Claude".
The custom entry field "<%Date Shipped%>" is replaced with the string "5/5/00".
The custom entry field "<%Item Description%>" is replaced with the string "Boba Fett Action Figure".
The custom entry field "<%Ebay Item#%>" is replaced with the string "11134598".
