 To
send the same e-mail message to multiple
recipients, create a data document which
contains the customized data that is unique
to each recipient (name, address, etc) and
save it as a tab delimited text file.
The Mail Merge feature makes the rest a
snap: select a form you would like to send,
select the data file and attach the
information in the data file to the form.
Just click on the 'Send' button, and your
personalized email messages are sent to all
the recipients in your list.
